Community Pool Replastering Project - CIP 8331

The work shall include removal and replastering of Community Instructional Pool, pool skimmer removal and replacement, tile replacement, concrete crack repairs, and LED light installations, in accordance with the intent of the Project Plans and Specifications. All work shall be performed in accordance with the City of Davis Standard Specifications January 1996 Edition, Addenda through July 2017, General Prevailing Wage Rate, Labor Surcharge and Equipment Rental Rates, and the Contact Documents.
