A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at 10:00 AM to review the Project's existing conditions at 23 Russell Boulevard, Davis, CA. Representatives of the City and consulting engineers, if any, will be resent. Questions asked by Bidders at the Pre-Bid Conference not specifically addressed within the Contract Documents shall be answered in writing, and shall be sent to all Bidders. Bids will not be accepted from any bidder who did not ttend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference.
