The work shall include mobilization, public notification, traffic control; base repairs; concrete improvements, valley gutter installation; surface reconstruct requiring milling of asphalt concrete pavement and underlying subgrade materials; pavement, regrading to adjust cross slopes for ADA compliance; HMA paving and overlay; adjusting utility covers to grade, and installing traffic striping, marking and markers in accordance with the intent of the Project Plans and Specifications.
