Building A Roof Replacement Project - CIP 8327

The work shall include providing a roof overlay by installing new insulation and a new membrane over the existing roof. The project also consists of replacing downspouts, installing new roof access ladders, and replacing three rooftop HVAC units in kind with the required structural reinforcement, all in accordance with the intent of the Project Plans and Specifications.
