The work generally includes the following: Change all flooring in the main living areas to polished concrete. Replace carpet material in all bedrooms. Remove and replace wall and ceiling coverings as indicated on the Plans, and remediate mold, as needed. Replace three exterior doors and hardware and tile a bathroom shower, in accordance with the intent of the Project Plans and Specifications. All work shall be performed in accordance with the most recent edition of the City of Davis Standard Specifications as published on the City’s website, General Prevailing Wage Rate, Labor Surcharge and Equipment Rental Rates, and the Contact Documents.
